Barge Tire Fendering Weld-on Kit Galvanized

This tire hanging system is used to hang aircraft tires for marine fendering. It helps protect barges, docks, and boats from damage. The system holds the tire in place and lets it move when hit, which helps absorb impact.

The system is made from strong steel and built for tough marine use. It comes standard with a 1/2" shackle weld-on tab made from 1/2" steel. It also includes 24 inches of 1/2" chain.

The tire bracket is made from 1/2" steel plate. It is 14 inches long and rolled to a 20-inch radius to fit common aircraft tires. The tab on the tire bracket is also made from 1/2" steel and is welded to 1.5" Schedule 40 pipe.

All components come hot-dip galvanized for long life in harsh marine environments. The system is designed for easy installation and reliable service on the water.

A bolt-on version is also available for use with 1/2" carriage bolts if welding the tabs is not possible. The bolt-on version can also be welded in place as a doubler plate if needed.
